Without a doubt, Japan is my favorite country, I have always said and will say. Fabulous vacation spent in this country a few years ago left in my heart and soul an indelible mark. I love Japanese culture, its food, philosophy, fashion, jewelry, one word - everything! So I was very glad the news that part of Japan will arrive in Paris this year.
I was very happy to learn that the Parisian department store Le Bon Marché will celebrate the 90th anniversary of the Franco-Japanese cultural partnership, organized on this occasion in the shop on the left bank of the Seine, a major exhibition of art, architecture and fashion. Thus, I was able to see a fine collection of Japanese products that showcase the best in creativity and design in this country.
This unique art project, created by billionaire Soihiro Fukutake, a passionate 99 cent store advocate of Japanese art, fashion and design, allows you to discover the names of more than a hundred new Japanese brands and designers, most of which are unknown in Europe.
# Unprecedented representation of the legendary Beams, one of the first concept stores in the world, which opened about 40 years ago, the idea of actively using temporary marketplaces (pop-up store) for the sale of men's, women's and children's clothing. In its section Beams presents exclusive items, some of which have been specially designed for the exhibition.
# And a gourmet grocery store lobby, which is called "The biggest grocery in Paris" and is one of the true gastronomic temples of France, specifically 99 cent store to focus on Japanese cuisine, and will deliver a host of new products, conduct 99 cent store master classes and tasting miso soup, nori, traditional tea and sake.
Beauty treatments using gold dust - it was an old tradition that emerged in the late XIX century, initially established employees jewelry shops, which, apparently, the first to recognize healing effects of its use for the skin.
