Not sure about the first part, my first thought was "We haven't met before/this is your first time, but I felt like I saw your photo before so I put in a request earlier, but the timing/schedule didn't work out." But I could be misreading, as it's a really context-driven statement the rest basically reads: April is really busy, but if you're alright with sharing a room with other people 4/16-5/7 can work. Is that alright?
