How do you create success with dedication, joy and radiance | free marketing
On a holiday to Hungary in the summer of 2012, I was inspired maurices to write this post about the importance of personal zest, joy, pride and commitment have on your business success. It is also free and a good bootstrapper method that all entrepreneurs and self-employed should be aware of. It is in fact one of the things maurices that you can do yourself, and just do yourself. And it's one of the things that can cause your business to move the most. Thought not ...
Let me tell you a little story from the real world - namely Camping Europe by the Hungarian Balatonsø. We were in a tent in the first row to the lake with a beautiful maurices panoramic view, broken only by a small beach directly on the lake shore 50 feet away. We did the whole holiday treat life (and the business) time at the beach bar and follow "the servant's" maurices work, or lack thereof. Despite a super location on the lakeshore, a casual beach-interior and cold drinks and ice cream, there was hardly ever any people. The place was looked after by two young people (think they are lovers) in his late twenties, I would estimate. First on our second day we found out that the same two people also fit the ice house, 50 meters further along the beach. This was never visited, despite the fact that people were at the lake and swam a few meters away. But why there were no people at the ice cream shop and bar, now that both the interior, location, selection and price were right? We are talking about a campsite with affluent, hungry, thirsty and ishungrende maurices families with children away at this year's maurices summer vacation!
Same campsite approx. 500 meters away on the other end. Away from the lake and outside the entrance to the campsite is situated Restaurant Rezeda. By chance, I pass one of the first days and see that unlike neighboring restaurant are people in there mid-afternoon. My wife has also noticed that there is more life and more guests at one of the restaurants than there is in all the others. maurices Both the afternoon and evening maurices there is therefore time in the store. But why do the majority of the campsite guests just restaurant Rezeda when they go out to eat or have a eftermiddagsøl?
The young couple maurices in the ice bar is employed there. Perhaps as a summer job where they are provided with a caravan available along with a low fixed salary without commissions (I guess only). They are as safe whistling care how business maurices is going. If there are no customers, they put themselves on the grass or even on a bench in the restaurant. Here are the kissing and being actually a little annoyed when we come and ask if we may be allowed to buy an ice cream in the ice bar 50 meters away. There is no music no life and they do nothing st market bar. They could make some flyers and parts out of the camp site they could make canvassing on the beach, happy hour, competitions or other events, showing that there is life in the store. But no - not even the Tour de France, they could figure out how to turn on a just tiny screen somewhere maurices in a corner of the bar .... they are so even without it, I thought, and went out to find me a pint somewhere else in the afternoon heat. And so I set the first time my feet on the restaurant Rezeda.
Big screen with the Tour de France - yes please. So is the first criteria when met, I thought. And as soon as I got into the little restaurant I felt the warmth, ambiance and passion. I found a space in front of the big screen and 10 seconds later I was greeted by a huge smile: "Ska you have big beer?" A small, happy, round man with a knitted jordbærhat came to meet me and took me by storm from the first second. He had spotted that I was a Dane, and years of experience has certainly taught him that there will be a man alone in and sits down in front of the TV, there are VERY high probability that he will have a great beer
It turned out that he owned the place with his wife, who is also serving and just as charming and outgoing as the man. Despite the bustle, they had all the time energy to talk to the guests, asking about where we came from, making jokes, dance to the music from the commercials on TV, etc. Amazingly this was the whole time and as soon as I had taken the last sip of my beer, came mamma over again. "One maurices more great beer?"
The couple spoke little of at least 6 languages. Hungarian, maurices German, Dutch, English, Danish and French, was what I heard in the two hours I was there. The owner came down and sat down and told that he owned the place in 3 months in the summer and worked in Austria in winter. maurices "In Austria I earn money and here I am just having fun. For we can not live on that, "he said. "I have a wife and three children and they spend a lot of money," he laughed. And then he stood up with a big grin and trudged out into the street and sang a song about life and commanded the people within.
